How do I register my child for a class?
For online class registration, click on the "Register/Shop" tab at the top of this page; available class options will appear.
To register by phone or e-mail, please contact us using the phone number or e-mail address listed below.
How do I pay for a class?
If you are registering online, you will be able to pay directly with your credit card at the checkout. If you are registering by phone or e-mail, we will arrange payment directly with you (check or cash). Unless alternative payment arrangements are provided in writing by Eastside Gymnastics, all payments for the applicable "term" are due by no later than the first day of class.
The term has already started - can I still register my child?
If you would like to register a child after a term has started (and classes have already taken place), we will be happy to enroll your child if space remains available in the applicable class. All of our classes have limited capacity, to ensure that each child receives individual attention from the instructor.
Please call or e-mail Eastside Gymnastics if you would like to enroll a child after the start of a term, as our online registration tool is priced for full-term enrollees. We will then be able to discuss potential class availability and pricing for the remaining classes in the term.
What should my child wear to class? What should he/she not wear?
Boys should wear athletic clothing, such as a t-shirt and athletic shorts. Girls can either wear a gymnastics leotard, or a t-shirt and athletic shorts. Shoes and socks will be removed prior to the start of class, so no specific footwear is required.
For general safety, children should not wear jewelry, hats, dresses, baggy clothing, or socks/shoes during class. Reasonable exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Where do the classes take place?
All of our classes take place in the basement of Mt. Washington Presbyterian Church, located at 6474 Beechmont Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45230 (right next door to Archbishop McNicholas High School).
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes, we do! Currently, we offer a 5% discount for all children who remain re-enrolled on a continual, full-term basis. If this is your first term with us, you will receive a 5% discount (per child) beginning with your second term, and every term thereafter so long as you remain enrolled continuously.
Additionally, we offer full tuition scholarships, based primarily on financial need. To inquire or apply for a full tuition scholarship, please call or e-mail us.
Do you offer refunds for missed classes?
Similar to a preschool setting, when you enroll a child for a class at Eastside Gymnastics, your child receives 1 of a limited number of spaces available in the class. This ensures that the class sizes remain small, so that your child receives the benefits of individual attention and instruction. As a result, we cannot offer refunds for missed classes.
